Rene’s sales and marketing experience in negotiating and closing transactions with representatives from National Corporations and Federal Government Agencies has prepared her to identify needs, address and resolve the complex issues that arise in connection with residential, commercial and development real-estate transactions.

As a Sales Representative representing a National Luxury New Home Builder, Rene’ has assisted buyers and sellers in Sugar Land, Pearland, Houston and Katy, Texas. She has a particular expertise and interest in Luxury Homes, Commercial Sales, Affordable Home Sales and Community Development of Single family and Multifamily Housing.

Having received her Real Estate License in 2003 Rene’ enjoys working with Housing Opportunity Programs (HOP) and is uniquely positioned to partner in Workforce Housing Solutions. She can work alongside Mayors, local officials, profit and nonprofit housing organizations to help expand housing opportunities to families, communities and cities.
Rene’ has certification in Affordable Housing Sales (AHS) and is a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Her attributes in assisting relocation clients, international buyers and community development have been demonstrated through exhibiting honesty, integrity, dedication, team spirit, a strong work ethic, market knowledge, and, of course, outstanding production.

Rene’ is a Global Missions Missionary, member of the Greater Houston Partnership and attends Windsor Village United Methodist Church.

Rene’ enjoys reading, travel, daily exercise, and cooking. She is the proud mother of a daughter.
