Melba A. Alfred-Mitchell is an individual who respects the art of business. She is driven by doing

Melba has an inactive real estate license in the State of Arizona and is an active Texas Realtor. While her specialty is Commercial Real Estate, she enjoys Residential sales as well. Melba joined George E. Johnson Properties after hearing of her parents talk about their good friend and Realtor, Mr. George E. Johnson, Sr. It was without question to Melba that she would join usonce transitioned into Texas Real Estate.
Her career spans over 28 years with Project Management being her strength. She enjoys
developing and executing projects to completion. As demonstrated while working in the oil, gas and transportation industries. Melba has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological and Physical Sciences from the University of Houston-Downtown, and a Master’s of Science in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. Because she believes one should always open the door to learn more, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School in 2020. Additionally, she has a Graduate
Certificate in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University. She is a Certified Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Product Owner/ Product Manager. She is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Melba is married to her best friend, Erick, and this year they will be celebrating 18-years of marriage. They have three children; each are successful in their own right while pursuing their endeavors with their parents on-going love and support. She is a member of Petro Pink, Lean In, Lean In Energy, Scrum Alliance, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
